Call Centre Services
We offer a bespoke customer service support environment that is suited to your specific business requirements. We operate in a remote environment which is cost effective and can be “manipulated” in numbers where required, within reason. However, we also offer the following:
- On-site – We will design, implement and manage your support centre at your premises. All staff, processes, etc, will be managed by SONKAY.
- BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) – We will design, implement and manage your support centre for a specified period and then transfer everything over to you, the client. All staff, processes, etc, will be managed by the client
- Off-site – SONKAY designs, implements and managers your support centre in a location away from the client’s business site.
- Consultation – SONKAY can work in an existing support centre environment that may require new customer service strategies and assistance to take it to the “next level”
All the above, including the remote model are viable support centre options and can be tailored to your business requirements.
In order to make business convenient and drive down costs, we partner with Industry experts to get the best value for money and we can therefore offer a “One-Stop-Shop” solution that can provide, but not limited to:
- Human Resources
- Complete Telephony system, including recording and
- A cloud based CRM that can align marketing, sales and service on a single CRM platform and manage the complete customer journey – from lead to order, and continued account maintenance.
- A survey platform and
- An integrated learning/training platform
While we can offer this as a “package” we are also flexible in that we could split these into modules, and provide them individually if required.
Furthermore, as a result of us having the ability to operate in a VIRTUAL environment, we can reduce setup costs significantly, as there is less physical office space and equipment requirements to setup the operation. In addition, we can cater to seasonal peaks and troughs, allowing us to upscale and downscale (within reason) as required.
As an additional service, we also have the capability to DESIGN and BUILD your physical environment, from floors to ceiling. This capability positions us uniquely to take an empty space (or build out an existing space) and provide you, the client, with a fully functional Call Centre environment, while ONLY dealing with ONE SUPPLIER
